奥林匹克广播服务公司
奥林匹克广播服务公司，简称OBS，是国际奥委会设立的一家专门实现奥运会主转播商或奥林匹克转播组织（OBO）功能的瑞士公司。OBS的具体职责如下：按国际奥委会的要求，制作和传播奥运会的电视和广播报道；负责奥运会期间的广播和电视运行中心——国际广播中心（IBC）；在场馆和IBC为转播权持有者协调和提供转播设施和服务，包括转播设备和通讯服务；在组委会内代表转播权持有者提出服务需求；如果需要，担当专题片制作人和向转播权持有人提供奥运档案资料服务。
注：2004年和2006年奥运会，是由组委会设立OBO公司；2008年奥运会，北京奥组委和OBS建立了合资公司，被称为北京奥运会转播有限公司，简称"BOB"；从2010年起，OBS将独自发挥职能。
Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS)
Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) is a Swiss company created by the IOC, specifically to fulfil the host broadcaster/OBO function for the Olympic Games. Specifically, OBS is responsible for the following: Produce and distribute the international television and radio coverage of the Games, as mandated by the IOC; International Broadcast Centre (IBC), which is the headquarters for the radio and television operation during the Games; Coordinate and provide broadcast facilities and services at both the venues and the IBC for the Rights Holders for such items as broadcast equipment and telecommunications; Represent the needs of the Rights Holders within the OCOG in regards to services; As required, act as producer of features and maintain an Olympic archival service for the Rights Holders.
NOTE: For 2004 and 2006, the OBO is an OCOG established company. For 2008 it is a joint operating venture between BOCOG and OBS called ‘Beijing Olympic Broadcasting ‘BOB’. From 2010 onwards, it is the exclusive function of OBS.

Services olympiques de radio-télévision (OBS)
La société Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS - Services olympiques de radio-télévision) est une société suisse créée par le CIO dans le but de remplir la fonction de diffuseur hôte/ORTO à l'occasion des Jeux Olympiques. L'OBS est plus particulièrement responsable des aspects suivants : produire et distribuer, selon les prescriptions du CIO, le signal international de radio et de télévision des Jeux; gérer le Centre International de Radio et de Télévision (CIRTV), le siège des opérations de radio et de télévision durant les Jeux; coordonner et fournir aux détenteurs de droits, aussi bien sur les sites qu'au CIRTV, les moyens et services de diffusion tels que l'équipement et les télécommunications; communiquer au COJO les besoins des détenteurs de droits en matière de services; produire, comme exigé, les reportages et alimenter un service d'archives olympiques pour les détenteurs de droits.
REMARQUE : Pour 2004 et 2006, l'ORTO est une société créée par le COJO. Pour 2008, la fonction de diffusion hôte sera assurée par une co-entreprise créée entre le BOCOG et l'OBS. À partir de 2010, la fonction de diffusion hôte sera assurée par la société de diffusion du CIO, l'OBS.
